As someone whose color palette rarely strays from basic black and white, it surprised me that I gravitated toward such a bright colored skirt with a punchy Aztec pattern. But I am so happy I found a way to wear it! With some gold accents and a cobalt blue vest I feel like this skirt really stands out on it’s own. I also pulled my hair back so my bright red shade wouldn’t compete with the already daring color combo. That would have been a little too “Crayola Cray Cray”! 😛 

This new skirt in my wardrobe is perfect in fitting with what’s on trend for Spring/Summer this year. As with every warm season designers are showing beautiful colors on the runway to cheer us up after a VERY harsh Winter. (Though I saw none of it in Florida…)
