Today in part two of my TuTu-torial I present a playful take on this fun, feminine tulle skirt. Inspired by the most sartorially influential TV character of my generation: Carrie Bradshaw. I’ve taken the classic “J’adore Dior” tank and added a sweet vintage color I picked up in Spitalfields market in London. As I have mentioned in past posts, I collect vintage collars. I love that I can detach them and add polish to any crew neck top or dress! I suggest searching on Ebay for an inexpensive one to try out.

Demure heels and a high ponytail make this look wearable for daytime or nightime but I personally would love to wear a flirty outfit like this to lunch at a charming cafe. Feels a bit French, no? You could even swap the heels for flats, add a crossbody purse and you have an even more casual daytime look.
